Heirloom Birth Certificates

You can order an attractive Heirloom Birth Certificate provided you are authorized to order a Delaware birth certificate. These lovely certificates are a collaborative effort between the Division of Public Health and the Childrens Trust Fund. 50% of the proceeds go to the Childrens Trust Fund to prevent child abuse while the Division of Public Health retains the remainder to offset the costs associated with the production of these heirlooms.
